PURPOSE:To provide a bearing seal wherein moldability is rapidly improved to further obtain strong fitting force by arranging a seal ring side, formed in a lip part, to the outer of a bearing, compression-deforming seal rings in both sides, and fitting the rings to a fitting groove of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:In mounting a bearing seal, when a side of a seal ring 31 provided with lip parts 5 is press-fitted toward outward of a bearing 1 by a press-fit jig 7, the respective seal rings 31, 32 are interposed by a fitting rack 61 and the press-fit jig 7 and compression-deformed to large decrease thickness of the ring and to force all the members 2, 31, 32, including the lip parts, inserted into a fitting groove 6 of the bearing 1, and now when the press-fit jig 7 is opened, the rings are elastically restored to be accurately fixed into the fitting groove 6. |
