PURPOSE:To obtain a panel for air-conditioner by filling a foaming body in the undercut parts of a skin panel consisting of an ABS resin material or PS resin material, and putting an insulation material as a foaming body on the inside entire surface of the skin panel, and further integrally laminating the ABS resin material or PS resin material and the insulation material. CONSTITUTION:Through vacuum molding of a sheet 5 set in a mold 6, a skin panel 9 is molded having undercut parts 8, 8 in its peripheral end part. Subsequently, the mold 6 is pulled out of the molded item of a skin panel 9. Since the undercut parts 8, 8 become thinner than the other parts during vacuum molding period, they can be pulled out therefrom by the elastic force of the panel 9 material per se. Then, the skin panel 9 is set in the foaming mold 10, an insulation material, i.e., a heated foaming styrene material 11 is placed therein. The foaming styrene material 11 is filled into the undercut parts 8, 8 and thus heat-fused on the inner entire surface of the skin panel 9, followed by an integration with the skin panel 9. |
