PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure with an outer cap made unobstructive to spouting by a method wherein a soft spout tube is fixed upright at its base to a through hole bored at the middle on a top wall of a cap main body, and an elastic turn-round tube closing spring for bending and falling the pouring tube is provided at the surface of the top plate so that the spring can be moved forward, rearward and turned round. SOLUTION: A through hole 3 in a shape of opened lips is bored at the middle on a top wall 2 of a cap main body 1, and a spiral tube 11 is hung down from the underside of the top wall 2 with the through hole 3 put at its center, and made available for fitting by screwing onto a mouth/neck part of a squeeze container or the like. A spout tube 4 is formed in a tubular shape having a cross section in a shape of opened lips corresponding to the through hole 3 while being provided at its lower end with an outward-looking flange 10. The pouring tube is inserted into the through hole 3 from below, with the outward-looking flange 10 fitted to the underside of the top wall 2, and fixed at its base 6 in watertightness in an upright position to the through hole 3. A bowlike elastic turn-round tube closing spring 5 is provided so that it can move forward, rearward and turn round against the spout tube 4 for bending and falling the spout tube 4 into a closed lips shape with a front half of the cap main body 1 on the top wall 2. |
