The supplementary switching has four contacts (a,b,c,d) two of which are inverted relative to the other two. Four electrical linkages (1,2,3,4) connect the ends of the contacts in pairs (a,d), (b,c), (a,b), (c,d). Four terminals (A,B,C,D) are individually connected to each electrical connection. A two position switch mechanism (I) acts on the contacts to simultaneously connect and disconnect pairs. The switch mechanism has an assistance mechanism when manually operated to ensure sharp action. The four contacts (a,b,c,d) are bridged by the switch to connect input pairs to output pairs, with one position the inverse of the other.
