The device consists of several parts (10,20), designed to be folded, one relative to the other, in order to form at least a handle and a head, suitable to carry an element. The handle presents two faces (V1,V2), which are inclined relative to the plane of the head. The device, in addition, has a mechanism (41) designed to be torn, or be removed, if the two parts of the device, are unfolded. This mechanism can be pivoted relative to each other to allow the handle to be opened to allow access to the head to remove the element.
