The object of the invention is a new piston mechanism comprising a piston (8; 8a, 8b) and a cylinder block (1) to which the piston is fitted, and a crankshaft (2) which is pillowed in the cylinder block (1). According to the invention, the piston mechanism comprises: a crank journal (3) which is fitted to a crankshaft (2), a rotating disc (4) pillowed in the crank journal (3); and the rotating disc (4) comprises an eccentrically placed disc (5; 5a, 5b) in which the piston (8; 8a, 8b) is pillowed.
