Medication supply to open wounds

The appts. for the application of a medication or bone cement to an open wound has a closure (34) in the outlet channel (26), which is linked to a vacuum. The control (36) operates the flow closures (32,34) on a time plan, so that the closure (32) at the feed line (22) and the closure (34) at the outlet line (26) are not open at the same time. A time interval, for the applied matter to work effectively, is set between the closing of the feed line (22) and the opening of the outlet line (26). The applicator pad (12) is pref. an open-pore polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam material.
