PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles generated on a metallic foil surface coated with a film by a sudden temperature change at an outlet of a drying furnace, by setting a temperature so that the temperature rises in the advancing direction of metallic foil and the temperature lowers in a tail end part. SOLUTION: A feed roller 2 to make metallic foil 1 travel, a take-up roll 3, a guide roll 4 and a coater 6 to form a film 5 by applying paint containing an active material, are provided. Next, a cooling part 8 is provided to cool the metallic foil 1 and the film 5 heated through a drying furnace 7 to heat/dry the film 5 formed by the coater 6. The drying furnace 7 is arranged in the advancing direction of the metallic foil 1, and has a dryer nozzle whose opening part is opposed to one surface of the metallic foil 1 and a dryer nozzle opposed to the other surface of the metallic foil 1. A part where a temperature of air sent/supplied from the nozzles gradually rises in the advancing direction of the metallic foil 1 and a part where an air temperature gradually lowers to its downstream side, are provided. |
