<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote recycling of process parts, and to form an image of good quality by the recycled process parts. <P>SOLUTION: A readable/writable storage means 60 for storing recycling information on an electrifying roller for a magnetic brush electrifier 39 being recyclable process parts is arranged in a process cartridge 100 which can be freely attached/detached to/from the image forming apparatus body 120.
