<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satisfactory mounting structure of a lamp unit capable of easily and certainly assembling the lamp unit and an interior wall member to a vehicle body panel simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing means 43 for fixing a room lamp 20 and a reinforcement 60 mutually is provided with a flexible arm 44 which is suspendedly provided on the reinforcement 60 side of a holder 41 and is bent in a reversed U shape and whose tip part is locked on a mounting part 61 of the reinforcement 60, and a flexible arm regulation part 47 arranged on a side of the flexible arm 44 and engaged with a support piece 45 of the flexible arm 44 to regulate the displacement of the tip part along the direction of vehicle body mounting and dismounting of the room lamp 20.
