PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up at a prescribed opening correctly in a short time by tightening a nut until the end face of a tick-walled part positioned in the middle of a bolt is connected with the end face of a spacer holder, deforming a lip by the portion of the difference of the thickness of a spacer, and changing the opening of the lip. SOLUTION: A nut 12, a spacer holder 11 is loosened, a spacer is replaced with a spacer 10B of a lip opening quantity thickness to be changed desirably. Next, the spacer 10B is held by the holder 11, and when a gap corresponding to the thickness of the spacer 10B is generated between the end face 16 of a thick-walled part 9 positioned in the middle of a bolt 7 and the inside end face 17 of the holder 11, the nut 12 is tightened, the bolt 7 is moved toward the holder 11, and the end face 16 of the tick-walled part 9 of the bolt 7 is contacted with the end face of the holder 11 to change to a prescribed lip opening.
