SOLUTION: An area acquiring means 112 obtains an area of interest of the object image (X-ray photographed image, etc.). A pixel value acquiring means 113 obtains the range of specific pixel values according to the pixel value distribution of the object image. A feature quantity acquiring means 114 obtains the feature quantity of the object image according to the area of interest obtained by the means 112 and the specific pixel value range obtained by the acquiring means 113.
