PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the arranging area of a door for covering an air bag in an air bag system using a disc-shaped inflator. SOLUTION: This air bag system is provided with an air bag 14, a disc- shaped inflator 50, a case 12 for holding the inflator, and a door 16 for covering the air bag and projecting the air bag in the specified projecting direction X by being opened by developing pressure. The inflator 50 is held in the case 12 in a state where its axial direction Y is inclined in relation to the projecting direction X of the air bag. |
