PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a confluent monolayer sheet structure of primary stem cells which cannot be formed by a conventional cell monolayer formation technique and to provide a simple method for forming the structure. SOLUTION: This monolayer sheet structure of primary stem cells is a monolayer sheet structure obtained by culturing a primary stem cell on a culture substrate to form a confluent monolayer and, in the formation of the monolayer, carrying out a treatment with a protein phosphorylation inhibitor having an indolo[2,3-a]carbazole skeleton or its analog skeleton.
