PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the formation of a beautiful entwined selvage, even when the loom body of a shuttleless loom is rotated at a high rotation rate. SOLUTION: This entwined selvage-forming device in the shuttleless loom is characterized by upward or downward rotatably supporting a needle lever 7 equipped with a needle 14 for guiding ground selvage yarns, a finger lever 8 laterally rotatably equipped with a yarn finger 20 for guiding entwining yarns, and a change lever 9 for controlling the lateral movements of the yarn finger 20 on a machine frame 1, disposing eccentric bushes 5 (5a, 5b, 5c) for rotating the levers 7, 8, 9 on a rotary shaft 3 synchronously driven with the loom body of the loom in response to the levers 7, 8, 9, respectively, and connecting the change lever 9 to the yarn finger 20 through a pillow ball rod 22 as a connection mechanism.
