PURPOSE: Provided is a temperature-controllable water softener which provides users with convenience by discharging soft water at a fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION: The water softener comprises a water softening part(10) consisting of at least one water softening tubal body(11), where a water inlet and a water outlet are formed and an ion exchange resin is filled up to remove hard water ingredients contained in city water flown in through the water inlet, a water inlet pipe(12) guiding the city water containing the hard water ingredients to be flown in the water softening tubal body and having a plurality of spouting holes(12a) spouting the flown in city water and a water outlet pipe(13) discharging ion-treated soft water by the ion exchange resin of the water softening tubal body, a temperature control valve(20) connected to the water softening part by a pipe and controlling the temperature of the city water at a fixed temperature by mixing hot city water and cold city water and an open and close valve(30) connected to the water softening part and the temperature control valve by a pipe and controlling the discharged soft water.
