PURPOSE: To provide an automatic sliding-tilting apparatus for ladle, wherein the ladle is tilted to slag off only by a subsidiary hook without using of a subsidiary tilting arm by preventing interference of the ladle with other facilities during moving of the ladle and maintaining a determined distance between a tilting hook arm and the ladle. CONSTITUTION: The automatic sliding-tilting apparatus for ladle comprises an operation part comprising a spring housing(37) fixed to a deck(17) at a side surface of the ladle(10), an upper cover clamped to an upper part of the spring housing, a stroke(36) equipped with a spring stopper so that the stroke is rested on an inner part of the spring housing along with spring(38) and projected to the outside of the upper cover, a guide rail(35) fixed to one side of the spring housing, a rack gear(32) to upper and lower parts of which loaders(33) and touch bars(34) are integrally fixed such that the rack gear is connected to the guide rail, and a fixing bracket(40) for fixing the loader and the stroke; a gear part comprising a pinion gear(29) connected to the rack gear, first bevel gear(28) fixed onto the same axis as the pinion gear, second bevel gear(27) connected to the first bevel gear, first sprocket(26) fixed onto the same axis as the second bevel gear, second sprocket(25) connected to the first sprocket by a chain(43), third sprocket(24) fixed onto the same axis as the second sprocket, and a plate(44) to which shafts of the first sprocket and the second sprocket are rotatably fixed and supported; and a bracket part comprising a pair of sliding brackets(21) fixed by a connection member and equipped with a resting surface of round bar of a tilting hook arm(11) and a fixed chain(22) connected to the third sprocket, and a pair of blocks(23) which are connected to the resting member with being inserted into a resting member formed on the pair of sliding brackets, and one side of which is fixed to the ladle.
