PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support more surely a strong force by a heavy load applied to a vehicle seat at the vehicle collision time or the like, while preventing increase of the number of components and enlargement of a device. SOLUTION: Though a comparatively weak force is applied to a rear pin bracket 9 in the usual state, a sleeve 37 where a pivot bolt 28 penetrates hardly abuts on the inner circumferential face of a hole 37. When the strong force F is applied upward to the rear pin bracket 9, the rear pin bracket 9 is moved upward greatly, and a stopper bolt 23 abuts on the upper edge of a long hole 21 of a base frame 12, and the lower edge on the inner circumferential face of the hole 34 of the rear pin bracket 9 abuts on the pivot bolt 28. Hereby, the strong force is supported dispersedly by a part 9d between a hole 33 and lower edges of both side wall parts 9b, 9c and by a part 9e between the hole 34 and the lower edges of both side wall parts 9b, 9c, on both side wall parts 9b, 9c of the rear pin bracket 9, and thereby stresses on the parts 9d, 9e are reduced.
