摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method usable at even a high temperature, capable of measuring the fluid velocity accurately without using a contact method using a probe or the like and with little influence exerted on the flow. SOLUTION: This measuring method of the flow velocity of the fluid has a step for dissociating tracer gas by irradiating the fluid to be measured including the tracer gas with a dissociating laser light pulse having the first specific wavelength, a step for emitting light from the tracer gas dissociated by irradiating the fluid to be measured with light-emitting laser light pulse having the second specific wavelength, and a step for operating the flow velocity of the fluid to be measured from the position and the time of emission based on the position and the time of irradiation of the dissociating laser light pulse.
