PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enables flow volume of fluid running in a passage to be regulated with simple control without causing a cost increase. SOLUTION: The flow control valve is provided with a valve box 21 having a plurality of communicating openings 21a, 21b, 21c which respectively communicate with a plurality of flow passages, and a valve element 22 provided in the value box 21 having a plurality of openings including at least one opening (22a) having smaller opening areas than those of communicating openings 21a, 21b, 21c. One opening or a blocking 22f among a plurality of openings 22a-22e is selectively switched for opening to communicating openings 21a, 21b, 21c, by which fluid runs into the flow passage communicated with the communicating openings 21a, 21b, 21c or the flow volume of fluid running out of the flow passage can be regulated.
