A center concentration type vacuum cleaner is provided to reduce noise generated during suction of the external air and foreign substances by adjusting intensity of a suction force by moving a suction force adjustment member. A center concentration type vacuum cleaner includes a power generation part, a pipe, a flexible hose(20), a suction member(30), and a suction force adjustment member(60). The power generation part has a motor disposed therein to generate a suction force. The pipe is in communication with the power generating part to extend to the interior of a sidewall. The flexible hose is connected to the power generating part and to one side of the pipe for forming a suction passage. The suction member has a suction hole in communication with the suction passage and one end of the suction member is connected to the other end of the flexible hose to suck the external air and foreign substances. The suction force adjustment member is mounted at a position in which the suction member is connected to the flexible hose to adjust the suction force.
