<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half mirror for image composition which accurately superimposes two images at the same position within a surface parallel to two objects arranged facing each other, a positioning method for accurately positioning the two objects by using the half mirror for the image composition, and a positioning device. <P>SOLUTION: The half mirror 1 for the image composition provided with: a half mirror layer 1a; a light transmissive first base material layer 1b joined to one surface of the half mirror layer 1a; and a light transmissive second base material layer 1c joined to the other surface of the half mirror layer 1a, is arranged in the middle of a first object 11 and a second object 12. The first object 11 and/or the second object 12 is moved parallel to the half mirror 1 for the image composition so as to superimpose the image of a positioning object 11a in the first object 11 and the image of the positioning object 12a in the second object 12 emitted from the half mirror 1 for the image composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
