<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a measurement sample, by which the presence or absence of the formation of a nucleic acid probe-target nucleic acid hybridized product in a measurement sample obtained by reacting a probe carrier with the sample can accurately be detected by the imaging of the state of the immobilized nucleic acid probe, for example, a disposed position, or by mass spectrometry. <P>SOLUTION: This method for analyzing the sample is characterized by detecting the presence or absence of the formation of the nucleic acid probe-target nucleic acid hybrid product formed in a measurement sample obtained by reacting a sample with the probe carrier by the measurement of a halogen atom labeling the target nucleic acid with a flight time type secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
