<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of continuous power feed by smoothly bending a caterpillar-like protector without deflection and bumpiness. <P>SOLUTION: The caterpillar-like protector 4 is laterally foldably back provided between a slide door 2 and a vehicle body 1, a wire harness is arranged along the protector, one end portion 4a of the protector is secured to one of a slide door side and a vehicle body side, the other end portion 4b of the protector is longitudinally movably supported by the other one through a bracket 5. A slider is provided at the other end portion 4b of the protector 4, and the slider is made longitudinally slidable relative to the bracket 5. One end portion 4a of the protector 4 is secured to the vehicle body 1 side, the other end portion 4b of the protector is supported on the lower side of a hinge arm 3 of the slide door 2 by the bracket 5.
