<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce fermented feed for livestock pets, rearing animals, fishes and shellfishes, bait for fishing, etc., by re-utilizing an edible material residue to effectively utilize the residue and produce an organic fertilizer by re-utilizing excrement from rearing animals and carrying out lactic acid fermentation and decomposition treatment of the excrement. <P>SOLUTION: Inexpensive old rice, imported rice, waste rice are utilized and Aspergillus oryzae is mixed into the rice and the mixture is fermented to prepare a saccharogenic amylase solution containing glucose and lactose. The saccharogenic amylase solution is mixed with an yeast and the mixture is fermented in anaerobic state to provide a synthetic saccharified solution of an alcohol and an amino acid. On the other hand, rice bran in an equivalent amount to the saccharogenic amylase is steamed and the steamed rice bran is mixed with lees of rice wine to prepare a mixed composition and the synthetic saccharified solution is added to the mixed composition and the mixture is kneaded so as to provide a viscous state having 90% water content and the kneaded material is allowed to stand for 4-5 days to provide the enzymatic composition having lactic acid fermentation decomposition activity with PH 3±0.5%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
