<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which is good in low temperature fixability and free from causing contamination on fixing members. SOLUTION: The toner uses a vinyl polymer for a binder resin and it has an acid value of 1-30 mg KOH/g and a chloroform insoluble fraction of 1-30 weight % and its tetrahydrofuran(THF) soluble fraction has a subpeak or a shoulder in the molecular weight region of 1,000,000-20,000,000 and a subpeak or a shoulder in the molecular weight region of 50,000-400,000 and a main peak in the molecular weight region of 3,000-12,000. The toner has a dielectric tanδof 1×10-3-1×10-2 and a charge controller is an organic zirconium compound.</p> |
