FIELD: crushing or disintegrating of materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises maintaining the efficiency of the apparatus at a given level, control of store of material in the apparatus, control of density of finished product, measuring power of the electric motor, determining reference values of the signals form power pickups and pickups of material store, stabilizing the reference power values and values of material store when the current value of the material store reaches an optimal level determined in advance, calculating the difference between the current power and its reference value, recording the onset of overloading of the apparatus at a moment when the power drops down to a given value and at a moment when overloading starts, and the limit value of the material store is determined, calculating optimal value of the material store by increasing the limit value by a given value and stabilizing the new value of the material store and density of finished product, correcting optimal material store at a given time intervals, and control of primary instruments (balance, density meter, water flow meters) by calculating water balance by comparing total water flow rate supplied during disintegrating process with the amount of water discharged together with the finished product. ^ EFFECT: enhanced precision of control. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex |
