PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which protects a circuit board from static electricity and can improve the heat exhaust properties of a space formed by a cabinet. SOLUTION: For the display device, apertures 6a for ventilation are formed on the rear wall on a lower side of the rear-side cabinet 6, and a metallic fixing bracket 10 is fixed to the back of a display module 1 disposed within the rear-side cabinet 6. A bend 10a is disposed at the fixing bracket 10, thereby the circuit board 30, disposed at a gap between the fixing bracket 10 and the front-side cabinet 5, is covered, and a vent path R that communicates with the apertures 6a and 6a is formed. As a result, since the static electricity, advancing from the apertures 6a and 6a eventually conducts to the metallic fixing bracket 10, without conducting to the circuit board 30, the circuit board 30 can be protected from the static electricity. Additionally, non-thermal properties of the space S, formed by the front-side cabinet 5 and the rear-side cabinet 6 is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
