PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical object distance simulator capable of shortening an object distance between a preinspection camera lens and a detection chart. SOLUTION: In this optical object distance simulator of the present invention, a lens module 24 comprising a plurality of lenses is installed between the preinspection camera lens 4 and the chart 230, and an effect of simulating an actual object distance is generated thereby to shorten a survey section as the whole. Not only a favorable heat dispersion effect is provided in the present invention but also dust in an outside is prevented from being easily deposited onto the lens module, with installation of a heat dispersion means 12 and a heat dispersion hole, by providing separately a light emitting element 11, an electric power source 13 and related elements generating easily a high heating value from the lens module and by installing the heat dispersion means in the vicinity of the elements generating easily the heating value.
