PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing method of an immobilized antibody capable of heightening measurement sensitivity without amplifying a nonspecific reaction, concerning the preparing method of the immobilized antibody used when measuring an antigen by an immunological method. SOLUTION: The immobilized antibody is prepared by bringing an antibody into contact with a carrier for immobilization under the coexistence of azide ion, preferably in the state under the coexistence of a blocking agent in addition thereto. The antigen which is a measuring object can be measured accurately with excellent sensitivity by using the acquired immobilized antibody with the aid of an immunological measuring method.
