PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction tool for top plate of gas cooker, capable of further improving the construction of a top plate by naturally matching centers of a burner ring and a burner body together in assembling of the top plate to a cooker body. SOLUTION: The construction tool for top plate 6 comprises two plate members 60a and 60b which are built up in cross and installed to an upper part of the burner body 22. Each plate member 60a, 60b comprises a retaining leg part 61 provided at a lower portion, which is inserted to the inside of the cylindrical burner body 22 from above and fitted to the burner body 22, an inclined guide part 62 provided at an upper portion, which is formed in a tapered shape as the outer shape to insert and guide the burner ring 4 at an upper portion, and a vertical guide part 63 provided at a middle part, which is vertically formed continuously from the lower end of the inclined guide part 62 as the outer shape in the diameter width of the burner body 22 to match the center of the burner ring 4 with that of the burner body 22.
