SECURITY-PROTECTED DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance security protection without depending on an OS of a computer or using an electronic key as hardware.

SOLUTION: The device comprises an operation part 16 for adjusting an image displayed on a display surface; a memory 22 storing a combination of user ID and password as a registration key; a PC signal concealing part 31 prohibiting display of image on the display surface based on a PC signal when a predetermined event occurs; a log-in screen generation part 43 displaying an input screen on the display surface while the display of image based on PC signal is prohibited; and a restoration processing part 32 collating a user ID and a password inputted through the input screen with the registration key, and releasing the prohibition of display when matched.
