<p>The grid part has a first layer containing a first transparent material and a second layer containing a second transparent material, being superimposed on at least one major surface of transparent substrate, and has multiple protrudent portions extending in a first direction in parallel relationship, periodically arranged in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction. With respect to the filling parts, at least the interspaces of the above multiple protrudent portions are filled with a third layer containing a third transparent material. The relationships a<SUB>A</SUB><A<SUB>C</SUB><0 AND |A<SUB>C</SUB>|>|a<SUB>B</SUB>| are satisfied, wherein a<SUB>A </SUB>refers to the rate of temperature change of refractive index of the first transparent material, a<SUB>B</SUB> to the rate of temperature change of refractive index of the second transparent material and a<SUB>C</SUB> to the rate of temperature change of refractive index of the third transparent material.</p> |
