A system and a method for performing advertisement with a lobby phone are provided to enable residents of an apartment complex to receive local information easily and the advertisement around the apartment complex by displaying the local information and the advertisement to the lobby phone installed to the lobby of an apartment. A lobby phone(100) stores the advertisement and the local information received from an apartment complex server(300), and displays the received information according to an advertisement period, a display position, and advertisement contents to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). A web server(400) registers the local information, local shop information, and the advertisement of the local shops around the apartment complex by connecting to the apartment complex server. The apartment complex server stores the information registered by the web server, enables the web server to set the advertisement period, the display position, and the advertisement contents, and transmits the stored information to the lobby phone. |
