A method for variably controlling the speed of a motor of an incar sensor in an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to improve the temperature sensitivity of an incar sensor by increasing a driving speed of a motor of an incar sensor without increasing noise in the interior of a vehicle. A method for variably controlling the speed of a motor(21) of an incar sensor(20) in an air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a step of detecting a driving voltage of a blower motor(31) in an air conditioning system for a vehicle. A driving voltage of the motor of the incar sensor is varied to obtain a predetermined driving speed of the motor in proportional to the detected driving voltage of the blower motor. An entire range of the driving voltage for driving the blower motor is divided into a plurality of intervals, and the driving speed of the motor is set corresponding to each interval.
