PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent that outside air enter a battery case while suppressing increase in cost and weight. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a case hole part formed in the battery case, a cover plate 81 which is a metallic plate material that is fixed to the battery case and covers the case hole part, a hole part for a cable which is the hole part through which a high voltage cable 72 extending from inside the battery case 13 is inserted and which is formed in the cover plate 81, and an elastic material fitted airtightly between the outer peripheral face of the high voltage cable 72 and the inner peripheral face of the hole part for the cable.
