PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in fuel penetration resistance, welding strength in welding with a polyolefin based resin composition and the welding part exhibits welding strength with reduced decrease in soaking in a fuel. SOLUTION: The polyamide/polyolefin resin composition comprises (A) a polyamide resin composition composed of 100 pts.mass of a polyamide resin and 2-20 pts.mass of a swelling lamellar silicate dispersed in a molecular level wherein the composition has at least 2.0 of relative viscosity at 25°C, 1 g/dl of concentration dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid of 96 mass% of concentration, and having amino terminal groups not more than 0.07 mmol/g, and (B) a modified polyolefin resin composition comprising a polyolefin resin with at least 0.92 g/cm<SP>3</SP>of density, modified with 1.0-4.0 pts.mass of acid anhydrides, etc., per 100 pts.mass of the polyolefin resin.
