<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To memorize and manage image data formed by a transmission side at the transmission side until a receiver outputs the image data. <P>SOLUTION: The image input/output apparatus 201 of a transmission side informs the effect that acquisition of image data becomes enable, by an E-mail, etc. to an information communication terminal 204 of a receiver. The receiver who received the notification, accesses from the information communication terminal 204 to an image communication apparatus 201 of a transmission side, and specifies an image input/output apparatus 203 to output the image data.
