<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that still image data can be photographed using a camera function of a mobile phone and then transmitted and received with additional character data, but it is not possible to photograph the still image data automatically and continuously with a feeling of shooting moving images and add character data to the still image data so as to communicate information with a plurality of mobile phones easily in a chat format. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system is capable of photographing still image data automatically and continuously by using a camera function equipped in a mobile phone, i.e., a function of optically photographing still image data, and capable of adding character data to the still image data and delivering the result to a plurality of mobile phones. The system is also capable of repeatedly transmitting and receiving a return character data responding to the still image data and the character data from a recipient, in a chat format.
