<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively acquire the communication state of a plurality of human beings and to perform visible display. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication detection system 1 has a plurality of mobile stations T1-T4 capable of moving in a prescribed movable area and base stations R1-R4 for transmitting and receiving information by wireless communication to/from the plurality of mobile stations T1-T4, and detects the communication state of a plurality of employees P1-P4 respectively carrying the plurality of mobile stations T1-T4. The respective positions of the plurality of mobile stations T1-T4 are detected on the basis of radio wave signals transmitted from the antenna 32 of the plurality of mobile stations T1-T4, a communication element relating to the employees P of the respective mobile stations T is recorded on the basis of the detected result, the communication activity degree of the respective employees P with each other is calculated on the basis of the recorded contents, and the corresponding communication state is displayed at a display part 24 on the basis of the calculated result.
