<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily positioning-fix fellow members such as a biaxial rotary machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A biaxial pump shown in Fig.1 is attached with side covers 3a, 3b arranged in both sides for holding a proper clearance between two rotors 2a, 2b in a casing 1. A tapered hole is provided in a casing 1 end face, and straight holes are provided in the side covers 3a, 3b, and the both members are combined to position and fixes the casing 1 and the side covers 3a, 3b by straight tapered pins 17a, 17b, 17a', 17b'.
