The present invention relates to a control system of a crossing gate of a parking lot through close-range user identification. More specifically, the present invention relates to a control system of a crossing gate in a parking lot through close-range user identification which is installed in the crossing gate of the parking lot, and automatically operates a crossing gate for parking by identifying a user positioned in an entrance of the crossing gate for parking.
