BACK WASHING EFFICIENCY IMPROVING TYPE FILTERING EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a backwashing efficiency-enhanced filtering apparatus and a control method for the same. The apparatus includes: a filtration tank which has first and second pipes for passage of raw water containing a suspended solid material; a filter medium layer which is accommodated in the filtration tank for raw water passage and adsorbs and filters the suspended solid material contained in the raw water; a pipe unit which supplies the raw water to the filtration tank through the first pipe or supplies backwash water to the filtration tank through the second pipe; and a vibration unit which supplies vibration to the filter medium layer so that the suspended solid material is separated from the filter medium layer. According to the present invention, two pre-treatment steps are carried out so that the suspended solid material attached to the filter medium is sufficiently separated before a backwash mode. The method of the present invention also includes: a first step of separating the suspended solid material from the filter medium by performing water and air bubble mixing through a nozzle on the loosely attached suspended solid material and performing high-pressure injection; a second step of separating the micro suspended solid material by providing vibration for a filtering agent firmly attached to the filter medium; and a third step of discharging the suspended solid material sufficiently separated through the first and second steps to the outside from a filtering machine.
