Disclosed are a form-rolling dice, and a form-rolling dice manufacturing method using the same. In the form-rolling dice formed to form a form-rolling tooth form on an outer circumference of a form-rolling subject, the form-rolling dice comprises: a plurality of tooth recess units formed on one surface to be inclined inwards and formed by a pair of tooth surfaces arranged to face each other; a pressure angle formed between the pair of the tooth surfaces; and pressure surfaces formed between the plurality of tooth recess units. The tooth recess unit is positioned in a same line with the pressure surface, and includes a pitch formed by a length (L1) between the tooth surfaces and a depth (d) of the tooth recess unit formed from the same line with the pressure surface to the tooth surface. A length (L2) of the pressure surface is formed relatively longer than the depth (d) of the tooth recess unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the form-rolling dice capable of stably maintaining accuracy.
