摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high color rendering with high mass productivity in a light emission device used for a white color LED device or the like and having a fluorescent layer which is subjected to region splitting every plural colors on a semiconductor light emission element.SOLUTION: In simple region splitting, for light from an LED element of blue color, it is necessary to arrange a far-red area 81B and a red area 81D at both the sides of a green area 81c and arrange yellow areas 81A, 81B at the outside of the far-red area and the red area as represented in a phosphor layer 81', and also it is necessary to prepare these areas by attachment of respective color film pieces. In a fluorescent layer 81, an area 81a where red fluorescent material and far-red fluorescent material are mixed with each other is configured in the form of dots, and a green fluorescent area 81b is formed by embedding green fluorescent material in grating grooves formed by a dicer according to a dispenser & squeegee method. The boundary between red and green is lengthened by dots and the grating, and yellow color occurs by the interaction, so that any color temperature can be implemented with high color rendering by substantially two kinds of fluorescent materials and also the mass production can be easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
