PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit complicated operation in registering an application file.SOLUTION: In a control method of an information processing apparatus which allows downloading a registration file, a computer executes the following processing: acquiring a plurality of files from another information processing apparatus; analyzing file attribute information of each of the acquired files; specifying a first file having a predetermined first file attribute; and registering the specified first file as one of a file group allowed to be downloaded selectively in response to a specification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
