According to the present invention, a method for providing a content service based on a dynamic database comprises: a process of requesting provision of data from one or more historical data information service servers and collecting the data if a culture commentary service mode for supporting generation of storytelling content related to history and culture is executed when performing a service for supporting a content service; a process of constructing an ontology network using historical data information collected from the multiple historical data information service servers by prescribed content service policy-based ontology modeling to construct a database; and a process of generating storytelling-based adaptive content for each producer in an authoring interface mode selected in the culture commentary service mode using the historical data information in the database to provide interactive content based on a search for the storytelling content.
