PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a photographer to more correctly photograph a subject which the photographer is to stop without blurring during panning.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: a division section which divides an image of a plurality of frames photographed continuously by an imaging section into a plurality of areas in a screen; a motion vector detection section for detecting a motion vector for each divided area on the image of the plurality of frames; a separation section for separating a subject vector which shows a motion of a subject and a background vector which shows the motion of a background by using speed of panning of a device, which a panning detection section detects, and the motion vector which the motion vector detection section detects; and a specification section for weighting the subject vector by using information on a distance of the subject, which is detected for each divided area on the image of the plurality of frames by a distance detection section, and specifying a subject area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
