PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer which forms an image excellent in brightness.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic charge image developer which contains a toner containing a brilliant pigment and a carrier, where 0.02 mass% or more and 0.20 mass% or less of a titanium oxide having a crystallite diameter of 12 nm or more and 16 nm or less exists on the surface of the carrier, with respect to the carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: None
