PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a position of a customer, and estimate an arrival time, to prepare an article ordered.SOLUTION: An ordering method of placing an order from a mobile device includes the steps of: acquiring context information indicating a state of a road around one or more facilities, over a network; selecting a nearest one of the facilities, on the basis of a current position of the mobile device and the context information; and transmitting the order to the selected nearest facility over the network by means of the mobile device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
